Just to be clear, I'm an outsider, I don't or have never lived in Lincoln parish. In reality, my wife's friends aren't originally from there either. They've been living there probably 10-12 years. I don't disagree with what you said

I'm not gonna downvote I do want to be clear, I assume since you were replying to me you are referring to comment I made about wife's friend. I don't think they are against "outsiders" I think outsiders there try to constantly stir the pot. There was an incident they told us where someone who has never lived in Ruston joined saying a business owner called her the N word. People were asking questions, only to find out business owner died 2-3 years prior. Someone actually posted the picture of him and she stated yes that's him. She quickly deleted the topic. According to our friends, stuff like that goes on pretty often. And it's usually by out of state people or folks who just moved there.


I have gotten invested in this because of the seriousness of the accusations and also knowing people who can get information, whether correct or not I'm unsure. Also, it turned into a train wreck and it's hard to look away.
