Could be but I would bet the pandering non-content vapid tweets are coming from 20-30 somethings - staffer types. And from that group during the primaries would not have selected the current President. The tweeters at hand are probably supervised by a 40-50 year old team of advisors - reach here, but pretty sure the tweets are coming from relative juveniles with no common sense or real world experience.
