Ari has been an interesting guy to watch come up in comedy. His early stuff wasn't good at all, but he kept working. He hung out with and talked to so many good comedians. He wrote all the time and took as much stage time as he could get. It has paid off, and he's gotten better and better.

His two-part special was pretty good, and he was so damn happy when he sold it to Netflix. It sucked, though, because it cost him his Comedy Central show "This is not Happening" which he created, pitched, and got signed himself. He managed that show and hosted it. I still wish he was doing it.
