Is he more of a Charles Scott type or Keiland Williams type running back?
Also, is he playing tonight and how is he doing?

I agree more of a Charles Scott type of runner, very tough and physical runner with great speed, they are playing Natchitoches Central tonight at Leesville.

Left the game in the third quarter. Leesville was leading 62 - 0 over Natchitoches Central. Ford came out midway thru the third.
Ford ran wild - had two TDs and another called back. Average has to be well over 10 yds per carry.
LHS scored a lot of TDs on passes and QB runs up the middle after faking a handoff to Ford.
He just ran over, around and thru the whole defense. Never challanged. Only stopped on runs up the middle where there was no hole - then he carried the pile a few yards. Only once stopped for no gain.
Looked awesome, but I don't think NCHS is very good.

I believe he returned the kick off to start the 3rd quarter for a td. Ford is a stud!

Next time you use this phrase, finish it with "...because his services were no longer required."
You scared the shite out of me.

He did - about an 80 yard run.
But it was called back for a block in the back. I didn't see the penalty, so it must have been quite a way from the play.

The guy I think of when I watch his videos is Emmitt Smith. Not to say Ford is going to be that good, but the style of running is very similar.
Excellent balance, sort of shuffles with small steps going through the hole, tough to knock off his feet, keeps his shoulders square.
Ford's HS video from last year was the best I've seen of an LSU RB committ in some time. Of course that's just my opinion.

LOL Hey now, I'm just talking style of running that he reminds me of. Don't get too carried away just yet.

Ford looked Incredible. I was a at the game last night and I continue to be impressed with his ability to shed tackles and run away from the DBs. Ford did leave the game after his KO return to open the second half, but not without a fight. He was running on the field hoping to keep carrying the load for Leesville, but Coach Williams wouldn't allow him the chance. He is a fighter and winner, Kudos to Les Miles and the Tigers for landing this recruit.
P.S. If I am the Natchitoches Central coach, bench the kicker for even considering putting the ball in Ford's hands in the opening of the second half. HELLO!
Keep your eyes open for Diontey Thurman!!!
