Having 2 Pro Football teams in that city along with the other Pro Sports makes me wonder just how much they care about College Football these days?

But you are right. NIL should thrive in a place like that.
NIL should thrive at USC not because of it being in LA but because USC has a number of highly successful alumni.
USC athletes should be able to benefit from endorsing alumni businesses. The general LA endorsement market will likely go towards pro athletes.
