And once again you double down on being a prick. He’s essentially trying to appeal a decision by looking for options that are at the ncaa level , and maybe above that, if he’s already appealed the ncaa decision and was denied.

Nobody is getting sued and his intelligence isn’t necessarily tied to the class he thought was going to keep him eligible. That shite happens to a lot of smart people
