Max looked better last season with Ensminger calling plays. In the last 2 games we were using back-ups at RB, had essentially the same WRs and TE but Max looked more comfortable as a true FR.
Peetz is a first time play caller. Plays are coming in too slow, adjustments aren't being made and there is no flow to the play calling. Boutte made mention of this as well. We have two coordinators learning on the job. One would be bad, but two is a disaster.
It is definitely Peetz! You pretty much summed it up! Max was way more confident last year with the coaches, and the playing calling was way better. Peetz is too new to all this!
