if they are native termites the nest is underground.
if they are formosan termites your shed is the nest

My first attempt would be to dig around the slab like you would to saturate the area with some type pesticide for termites and saturate the ground with boiling hot water.
That has been my concern if somehow the pesticides end up in my drinking water. Boiling hot water would not be a problem but I am not sure it would actually reach the nest. My understanding is that nests are several feet underground. I need to doublecheck how deep. And yes, IIRC, the water pipe is around 120 feet deep but I don't know how deep is the water level.

termidor online and spray the hell out of it
Is termidor a human poison if it gets into the water?

use Blister bait packs, they eat it Abd die. May need to use a few and kill them and it will take a while.
I put a number of those bait traps out around the shed and along the edge of the house nearest the shed. They did pop to indicate the bait was being eaten. However when I opened up the bait traps, there were no termites present. Instead I found these little tiny bugs devouring the bait but I am pretty sure they were not termites. Also I noticed those traps seem to pop up their trigger alarms if they get wet. Best to put them in a drier location, I think.

I am pretty sure they are underground and thus natives as the flying termites were emerging from under the concrete flooring of the shed. This spring I sprayed the hell out of them with windex window cleaner as they were coming out. Killed most of them off and I didn't feel I was using enough window cleaner to be a threat to the water supply. At least, we are still here now.
