I think it's something worse than drinking too much. He looked bad and steroids and various cancer treatments do a worse number on you than being drunk in my opinion. We have all been around people who are drunk and I think what he had was worse than being drunk. If you are an alcoholic you get good at hiding it at work and appearing normal.
