BS it was dirty before then. I noticed in 2018 how dirty SF and LA were.
Pasadena was pristine. A bunch of limousine liberals probably who never have to live with their own votes like us plebes do. I wonder why we don’t see any homeless camps there?

I didnt' see many camps, but go East on Colorado BLVD and it gets shitty.

Yep, been in LA a few times and it's always nasty. Not as nasty as it is now, but still pretty pathetic.
