What I’m saying is, and I could be wrong, I’m assuming this warehouse wasn’t Plan A for everyone displaced there.

The owner isn’t, but the licensed administrator(s) is, for any patient needing evacuation or accommodation. Ability to evacuate is a LDH-mandated part of pre-residency and ongoing appraisals/assessments.

I’m not suggesting they didn’t drop the ball, because they did - that’s obvious; merely providing a lens other than the evening news.
