8000 watt generator. Is it running on gasoline, NG, or propane? NG or propane will degrade the watt output
Also an electric motor will require more amps at start up, but only for a fraction of a second, but enough to kill the operation if too many amps.
Also, high temps can effect generator output. And again Ferand to total watt output
I was having issues pulling over 12 total amps on my panel with my tri-fuel 8000 watt generator on NG during the peak temp part of the day. But nights were better.
