Lou Holtz drives me crazy! I consider him to be terribly biased and a lousy prognosticator. His pep talks make me want to puke! I can't believe that ESPN allows him to represent them and that they present him as an expert.
I disagree with about everything he says relative to football. Some of his aphorisms and advice on how to get along in life are OK and agreeable, but his football comentary and opinions are moronic!
Please, ESPN, get him off the air!
I do hope that he picks Auburn to win! That would heavily increase the odds for an LSU win.
Oh, and that Mark Mayes, or whatever his name is, is a biased idiot, as well.

Holtz needs to stay at Notre Dame.

as biased as the guy is and as stupid as he may sound, he can still give a hell of a pep talk

Lou just needs to go back to Notre Lame where people still want to listen to him. Didn't he have a 12 win season at University of South Carolina his first year there before he destroyed an already putrid program? He never speaks of his SEC experiences becuase for the most part he was getting spanked by the SEC. He'd rather speak of the golden years at Notre Lame beating Army, Navy and the coast guard every year.

you shouldn't wish such horrible things on Paterno, he's a legend, and a hell of a coach
