our cousin vinnys is damn good. made in donaldsonville. By far the best in a jar i have tried, sure as hell way better than Raos.

i also really like cajun spaghetti sauce by cajun power but be warned it has a kick.

if you dont want the kick, mix two jars of my cousin vinnys with one cajun power. Add mushrooms, little garlic, onions and season to tase.

Add you italian sausage sliced and either meatballs or ground beef/ground italian sausage to it.

great week night meal that is quick and easy.
