Auburn Ticket Question

My buddy's wife works for the LSU ticket office and she put a request in a month or so ago for Auburn tickets. She found out today that she got the tickets and can be picked up at the Auburn Ticket Office. Well since the hurricane, she they are unable to go to the game (house damage), but had to pay for the tickets. Does anyone know if they can have the tickets transferred to someone else to pick up so they can at least get back there money for the tickets? Would you be able to do this through LSU or Auburn Ticket Office? His wife spoke with a coworker and they said the tickets must be picked up by the employee. Is there any ticket office workers out there that would know what to do?
Thanks in advance

Her best bet is to call Auburn or LSU and explain the situation. Play the hell out of the hurricane card.
Those tickets are worth 5 times face value so any competent rep would take care of it.

Call 1-800-AUB-1957, press the number for whatever the ticket office is and ask for Denny.
Explain the situation. He will help you out if he possibly can.

i'm positive no one would buy two tickets for $600 dollars.

Not trying to flame, but I think it's a valid question. If she works for the ticket office it seems they would be the best people to help her. What's up?
