No, he wasn't.
They violated the Doha Agreement so many damn times under his administration. That's not to say it was better under Biden but the agreement clearly only benefited the Taliban.

No, he won't. This will barely be remembered within 6 weeks. The reality is the American public have a memory of a goldfish. This will be a footnote by the next few weeks. I can guarantee it.
