Biden reversed ALL of Trump policies (keystone, Iran deal , Paris climate, etc.) but this is the one policy they were bound too. Trump said this would be dictated on intelligence on the ground. Taliban violated it…as you stated, over 1000 times…Biden said it wouldn’t be Conditioned based! This is on Joe
