So i didn't see much on mvst here. I like them from a valuation standpoint well i did at least.
This is the strategic battery partner of Oshkosh. Should run some more once the workhorse and Oshkosh lawsuit get tossed as well.
Bought some 9/17 $25c earlier this month but don't own any underlying stock.
I know some were in on workhorse here and was hoping to get some other side of the suit perspective for those still watching it.

Bump. I own some shares. Averaged down quite a bit (I'm a dumbass). Suit was dismissed. MVST currently sitting below 10 and been in downtrend. S1 not approved yet. No PR. Earnings in Nov? Was excited about the stock. Quickly losing my enthusiasm.

Currently up 58% YTD. Starting to run? Earnings at end of month. Still little PR out of them.

It's not a SPAC

Jumped today on energy bill news. Hoping ~$2.00 was the final bottom.
I've averaged down enough that I only have about 125% to go for break even. Anyone else in same boat want to discuss? Or am I the only one left with a little bit of hopium.
From my limited understanding from what I've read others post elsewhere current valuation is approximately equal to assets alone.

Took this list from another message board.
Year end roundup of good news. Only bad news I know of is them doing business in China, but what company doesn't? Recently hit all time lows. :(
1. Announcement of partnership with TÜV SÜDa, sustainability assessment program, which will put Microvast in play in the EU to be a major player in governmental sustainability. (Sowing seeds for future BESS projects.)
2. Introduction of next generation battery products.
3. Increased year-over-year revenue and improved margins.
4. Hires Tobias Talmon l'Armée from Volkswagen as Vice President Global Marketing and Communications.
5. Announced new Energy Division and BESS storage system.
6. Joins Consortium led by Shell energy to electrify mining vehicles.
7. Announced partnership with General Motors to build next generation Ultium batteries.
8. Granted $200 million under the Inflation Reduction Act for a manufacturing facility to build battery separators for the GM partnership.
9. Announced 1.21GW's! BESS project.
