It's not a big deal to only have one oreo, where if you constantly associate oreos with "I won't have this until next weekend, must get all I can now", you'll have an unhealthy relationship with that food down the line.
I sort of agree, but on the other hand pigging out on calorie dense food in a small window then abstaining for a lengthy period is probably more in line with human evolution and historical behavior.
