Yeah angry white male narrative...
They were just loaded stupid kids who were experiencing a literal crap situation.
But Limp Bizkit playing fit the narrative.
Those frustrated dumshites would've done the same rioting if Sarah McLachlan was playing while holding a lost puppy.

The festival was pretty much wall-to-wall bands on the polar opposite end of the “angry” spectrum from Limp Bizkit.

I think they blame it on the frat boy culture. They even placed some blame on the women because they willingly walked around butt arse naked.
