notice that the NFLPA hasn't come out against it? They agreed on it, they know its in the league's best interest that players don't do stupid things to jeopardize the billions involved.

You stupid frick, they just don't make up rules.
It has to be negotiated during the CBA contracts. NFLPA is sitting back, and when guys who aren't vazxxed are fined, they will HAVE to issue grievances.
