Class action lawsuit should be incoming.

All of NFL covid policies were negotiated and agreed to by the NFL Players union

The NFLPA has not agreed to make vaccines mandatory, the NFLPA realizes (to its credit) that players should get vaccinated. That’s why the NFLPA hasn’t fought the league’s efforts to create real incentives to get vaccinated — and real disincentives for players who don’t.

To the extent that some players don’t like it, well, that’s to be expected. Unanimity rarely exists on any issue in a union with members having such diverse interests. However, majority rules in the NFLPA. Given the raw number of vaccinated players, the majority has spoken: the players think the players should get the vaccine.

mRNA “vaccines” created by Moderna and Pfizer are gene therapies. They fulfill all the definitions of gene therapy and none of the definitions for a vaccine. This matters, as you cannot mandate a gene therapy against COVID-19 any more than you can force entire populations to undergo gene therapy for a cancer they do not have and may never be at risk for

mRNA talk

My main complaint in all of this is that the "vaccine" is not a vaccine in any historic meaning of the word. It is a gene thereapeutic. The Moderna and Pfizer "vaccines" do not inhibit transmissibility. That is a fact.

How can your employer require you to take an experimental gene therapeutic as part of your employment? I have had jobs where immunizations for certain things were part of the deal, but this is a bridge too far.
