Oral arguments will likely be heard in the late fall or early winter with a decision expected by next June in advance of the midterm elections.
I assume that's to have time in order to determine how to find some bullshite reason that can be used to justify the Roe decision. Thomas has got to be chomping at the bit, but I have No faith in any others on the USSC.
