Pick me a Game to Buy (XBOX 360)

So I have $60 worth of Best Buy dollars to spend and I am looking for a good game (XBOX 360).
I like most sports games, good FPS, RPGs (like Oblivion), etc.
Also, there are a number of big time games that I have never played including:
Halo 3
CoD4
Guitar Hero
Mass Effect
BioShock
and a few others.
Should I get one of these oldies but goodies or get something new (or wait for Fallout 3 which I know I want)?
What would you do?

If you already own a fake plastic instrument or are willing to shell out the extra money to buy one I would say Rock Band 2 easily.
Grab that, rent (or borrow from a friend) a copy of Rock Band and buy the export license for 5 bucks and you will have something like 137 songs out of the box. Add in the 3 current free downloads and the 20 bonus downloads for purchasers and you will have 160 songs available almost immediately.
Then you just need to find someone with a copy of the OXM disc with 3 more songs to make it an odd 163.
Also a tip for people upgrading to Rock Band 2: Blockbuster still is trading for Rock Band for 32 bucks which is the highest I've seen. And at least in my area they are going to be open at midnight to sell Rock Band 2.
