Lived in BR most of my life, I don't recall the Bluebonnet underpass ever flooding like that. In fact, when Acadian is flooded, Bluebonnet is easily passable.

Even if it never flooded before, a major underpass like that is a natural catch basin for water in a flash flood.

It is reasonable to assume there would be a situation where you would need markings telling you how deep the water is there.


I don’t necessarily agree with suing anyone over this but I think she has a case.
