I hear you but it is really semantics. Technically if they have a vaccination policy and you don't comply they would fire you. You are violating the policy.
Calling it a "voluntary quit" is a stretch and that is usually reserved for people who don't show up to work or who say "I won't do that type of work." or whatever.
I would be shocked if a claimant wouldn't get UI benefits in this case but who knows.
