It absolutely is.
The only issue would be the "Voluntary resignation", I think the courts would say this was a termination, but I'm not a lawyer so who knows.
Regardless what you call it, the result is the same.

This is the part I'm referring to. This would prevent someone taking unemployment correct? You cant call it voluntary if you are given an ultimatum.
