No.

First off, "shedding" normally refers to viral particles. E.g., During contagious phases of Covid-19 infection, live virus is shed. Following infection, dead viral particles may be shed for weeks.

It is also possible to incur viral shedding after live-attenuated vaccines (a weakened/attenuated version of virus). But that does not apply to CV19 vaxes. None of the CV19 versions are LAV's.

Second, CV19 Vax derived S-protein does not reach shed tissue (your wife's epithelial cells).

Third, even if s-protein could somehow shed, it would have no practical way of accessing another's bloodstream. Inhaled or consumed inanimate protein is rapidly destroyed.
