If he was good enough he would pick up some other SEC offers regardless because anything can always happen.
Keep in mind he plays with Arch Manning so other schools surely would be offering just for that reason alone to get more in with Arch potentially, but we havent seen that to be the case. Plenty of schools have lined up to offer AJ Johnson.

Isn’t Mathews an LSU lock? I don’t see any SEC coaches backing off their offers to him! Just sayin
