Probably something canned.
I regularly smoke bbq, ribs, etc and vac seal and freeze them though. Eaten them up to a year later and they taste like I just made them if reheated right.
About to start two butts in about an hour actually.
If its stored in the fridge about a week though is my cut off. Unless it's something like smoked cheese, beef jerky, salsa, etc.
