Correct, you are not the POTUS. You are not advocating for, or pushing to pass, or defending infanticide. If you had a pulpit to speak this, you can guarantee you would/should also be refused communion.
The Catholic Church is not trying to affect legislation. Biden could come out tomorrow and say he's against abortion, regardless of legalities, and he'd receive communion. I'm fairly certain other politicians have received communion whilst abortion legislation was in place. The matter here, is campaigning for, and doing your best to ensure abortion continues. Congress should definitely be refused Communion. The POTUS is merely the speaker through the Democrat party. The Democrat party, as you know, are the soulless bastards that campaign on infanticide as "women's rights" yet refuse to acknowledge the basic human rights of a baby.
