Many reasons for this.
But to many young people its "trendy" "hip" and "cool" to be LGBTJKDSJFIWEJFIWJF.
Often its a cry for attention. Being a victim can be currency in certain social circles and situations.
When these young people hear non stop from their teachers, professors, media, and politicians about how evil rich straight white christian men are, is it any surprise that these younger people make life choices to distance themselves from those traits?
