He's not gender-fluid. He likes disguises, so he turns into a woman to frick with people. He doesn't alternate between hetero and homosexuality. The virtue signaling is disgusting.

Eh...in Norse mythology he turned into a mare and slept with a giant's horse so he couldn't complete a task, and Loki then gave birth to a flying horse that later became Odin's.
I'm not so sure sleeping with men would be much of a problem for that version of Loki, even though the Marvel version of Loki has not done that yet and isn't much like the Norse god Loki. Doesn't seem like something the MCU would be opposed to doing though.
