Nothing wrong with it. I don't agree that sleeping in is an issue.
However, you can't blame your neighbor if you can't sleep. its light, they have shite to do.

Doesn't bother me and wouldn't wake me up anyway.
My neighbor on one side is like 85 and maybe has a mild case of dementia. About a year ago he was cutting his grass at 12:30am with a headlamp on. Mower wide open. I just smiled and waved
