it was a cross in the 18 and nothing else

if the ref blew the whistle brazil would have still passed to the wing and crossed it

it’s like like columbia didn’t have players defending

But he didn't. The fact is that Brazil sent a pass toward the top of the box that wasn't likely to find a teammate. The ball hit the ref and bounced to a teammate that was a few yards behind the ref with no defenders pressuring him. 2 passes later, the ball is in the back of the net. If that doesn't qualify as resulting in a promising attack, I don't know what does. The confusion after the ball hit the ref even gave the winger an opportunity to get more open.

No, youve said enough. They read the rule. Play should have been stopped. Maybe you should watch what happened.
