I assume, and it's pure speculation on my part, that in that state, a certain amount of ballots were printed with these being off. Then distributed to state wide.

It could be 2 things:

1- It was a printer error and they better lawyer up

2- Somebody copied these with the intent to throw the election


With malice intent or not, it has changed the outcome of the race in that state (Mi in this case)


We are to that point with released details.
