Ageism is real on the rant. Best college football coach ever is still coaching and recruiting at 69 years of age right now.

Saban instilled his system years ago. He knows every high school coach and all the important barbers in the Southeast. He didn't do those things at age 69. He has a system he can still manage but I doubt at his age he could go to a West Coach school and start all over.
