For me as an old man, the box reminded me of old style ball parks. While I agree with upgrading facilities, etc., they could have done it differently in my opinion. They tore down the old married student apartments and have built out everything to where the old box used to be. Instead of doing that, why couldn’t they just modernize the old Box and add outfield seating or a massive berm in front of Nicholson. The placement and south easterly wind influence is different now.

I could go on with Master Planning but it would be fruitless. Building a new stadium and getting the seating is all Skip wanted to do and he was cheap with the amenities.
