re: Blackstone griddles?

I have a blackstone 36”. Looking back I would’ve gotten the 24”. But I love it. I refuse to cook a burger on anything else. The only thing I don’t love is clean up. Get done grilling you go inside and eat and don’t worry about the grill until the next use, but with the griddle you have to go outside and clean it when you’re done eating. Lazy complaint but literally the only complaint I have.
