I’d recommend eating healthy most days of the week and exercising. You get put on a blood pressure pill, you’ll end up thinking the pill will substitute for exercising and eat right. Next thing you know, you’ll end up on 7 different meds treating the side effects of other meds, all because you didn’t want to put forth a little effort into diet and exercise

Man...this.

Best thing you can do is learn to eat correctly and start doing since firm of resistance training 3 days a week and going for walks.

Everyone is going to say oh getting older sucks, welcome to getting older, oh I'm only a few pounds overweight etc etc.

Fact of the matter is those saying that are 20-30 lbs overweight and are even more out of shape.

Get your arse down into he normal bmi range while doing some form of resistance training and I promise that normalizes.
