I went back and watched the first few minutes over again just to see if I missed it. I didn't. They don't say where it came from but he refers to them as white hats working for the government. I've been out of the loop since 2017 so my information is dated. Back then there was no centralized capture of this information but Homeland / FBI were pushing for it along with absolute control over the security of the election for the states themselves. Most states told them to shove that shite right back up their asses since that would actually make it MUCH easier to hack the national election.

What they're showing there looks like they might have actually gotten all the states to send them feeds which would mean this information would have come from Homeland Security or whatever their cyber security agency is nowadays. It's not cyber command I don't think.

Can anyone verify that?

Because if that's where they got those feeds from, then he's right. And it would explain why that guy is pictured with his face blurred and voice altered.
