I've definitely increased my tipping, also my respectfulness for the ones who are working at the restaurants I frequent. There's a lot of people who want to work, and I may add that the ones working right now seem to enjoy their job more than they did previously.

I always tipped 20%….learned from my Dad, but now I do 30%. Great service gets 40%.
