Yeah, no doubt. Hoping EIP-3554 difficulty bomb in December provides some relief or at least puts some used GPU's onto the secondary market. I know another mining opportunity will be waiting in it's place, but any little amount can disengage scalpers and cause them to move on. I believe we saw a ~30% price drop on the secondary market from the moves China made over the summer. Just one more push may be enough to make it not worthwhile for people trying to make a quick buck.
