Hey look it’s another weekly “why I hate Louisiana thread”.
Your Netflix, chain restaurants, chain stores, and cookie cutter suburbs are sooo much better let’s go to a LSU message board and brag.
Unless you are living in a high rise in the city (who would want to do that today), or on a beach, or in a scenic place like Alaska or Montana then all you have done is trade in a 2017 Ford Taurus for a 2018 Ford Taurus. Yeah….so much better.
What is sad is people wasting their vacation coming to Louisiana. I can use one week of my vacation and go to where you live and I will do more in 5 days than you will do in two years living there.

There is so little crime here. You go to Home Depot and park in between a Rolls and Maserati. It is just very different. Not saying the general population is friendlier, because they are not. But with money comes a certain respect for property and life, which was lacking in 70805, the BR zip code I grew up in.
