you mean colleges......
this will scar those HS with elite talent. granted, maybe just make for more parity. what it will do for the top talent is water down the sense of team further.
the world is changing. much of it lately seems for the worse.

What an overreaction to a kid looking out for his future. A scholarship offer is just that, an OFFER. Until he signs his letter of intent, he could go from playing at UT without an injury, to playing at north Texas with an injury
