Bring water to a boil ( do this first)
Add ingredients in this order:
Oranges and Lemons with holes poked trough
Whole garlic
Whole onions
Cayenne pepper
Black pepper
Salt,Sugar,Celery seed mix (you can’t buy this)
Drop in crawfish
boil for 7 soak for 25
