Just eat meat and fresh veggies. Eat all you want of those. Stay away from potatoes, pasta, bread, and anything out of a box. Its pretty simple really.

For snacks always have some grapes or a sweet fruit around, it'll help with the cravings. Cook extra meat to snack on as well.
