At the scene they didn't much. (I'm not sure what they are supposed to do AFTER a crime). But they took her statement. Went inside to ask about tapes. Came back and said "no one is there to pull tape right now."
But now they are basically saying "the report hasn't been filed yet. Then a detective will decide what to do. That can take 7-10 days".
