Recommended this company a couple weeks ago to someone. My dad had his installed, and a few of his neighbors as well, and they are pretty maintenance free. Pretty simple designs out of aluminum. Install was a couple thousand dollars.

So the hope is that the elevator can be enclosed while still being on the outside of the house. Guessing that’s not a problem with the ones being posted
