Anyone use Personal Capital’s advisor service?

I had my first complimentary consult with a Personal Capital advisor today, after avoiding them for a few years. I liked it. Does anyone use them? Is there a point where they try to sell me on additional services?
I’ve enjoyed their app for about 4 years now.

I used them for a couple of years.. they achieved my goals. However as I approached retirement, I went to a dividend strategy on my own.. didn’t want to pay their .85 fee.
